Is Coffee Free on Royal Caribbean?

If your like me, I need coffee in the morning, the afternoon and sometimes even with dinner! So its only natural so many of our clients ask us, is coffee free on Royal Caribbean cruises?

What makes cruise vacations so great is that they are an “all-inclusive” vacation. Your room, food, drinks, and many activities are included! That’s doesn’t mean that all food and all drinks are included though.

Specialty Coffees

Are you looking for a mocha or a latte? Maybe an Irish coffee for breakfast or after dinner? These will cost you extra. Many of Royal Caribbeans cruise ships have a dedicated Starbucks cafe where you will be able to purchase all your favorites!

Most Royal Caribbean ships also have their own cafes, where if you have a deluxe drink package, your specialty coffees will be included.

Royal Caribbeans Coffee Card

If you don’t have interest in a deluxe beverage package, you can always purchase a Royal Caribbean Coffee Card, this entitles you to 15 specialty coffees from Royal Caribbeans Cafe at $29.99. Making each coffee about $2. Compared to onboard you’ll be saving at least 50% or more on many of the coffees.

Take note these cards are not valid at any Starbucks location on the ships.

Regular and Decaf Coffees

If you need just that morning cup of Joe in the morning or with dinner, that’s included on all sailings. You’ll find coffee dispensers in the cafe and Buffett. If you prefer to sit down for breakfast or when you head to the main dining room, regular and decaf coffee is included.
